Shabbat Candle Lighting - Adding Light to the World - Friday, December 5, 4:15 PM
The terror wreaked on Mumbai, India, brings home to us the depth of the darkness that still exists in the world. The deaths of Rabbi Gavriel and Rivkah Holtzberg, directors of Chabad of Mumbai, at the hands of the terrorists, affects the entire Jewish People. Join us at Chabad to commemorate the victims of this horrific attack through doing acts of goodness and light. All Jewish women are invited to join us to light the Shabbat candles, while Jewish men are invited to lay the Tefillin. We will share some thoughts on this event and reflect on the lives of the Holtzbergs and the other victims.
